The Bridge of Hope (BOH) diocese of Tinsukia Eastern Believers Church celebrated pre-Christmas on the diocesan campus here beginning from Thursday. The programme started with a word of prayer by Diocesan Sailendra Mohan, seminary principal.

Addressing the gathering, Rupesh Gowala, secretary, Asom Chah Mazdur Sanghas Doomdooma branch, and senior journalist Dinesh Goyal appreciated the noble work done by BOH for the underprivileged children in the district.

Reverend Fr Tasi Tamut, vicar general of the Tinsukia diocese, shared the Christmas message with the participants. Explaining the meaning and purpose of Christmas, he said, Christmas brings good blessings for all, especially for those rejected and downtrodden people. Put trust in God and receive great joy and peace in your heart.
