GUWAHATI, Feb 25 � Tezpur piled up a commendable 308 in their first innings against Jorhat in the Nurudding Trophy Plate Group Senior Inter District Cricket Tournament at Nehru Stadium here today.
At stump on the first day of the two-day match Jorhat were 48 for two.
Tezpur batsmen were in dominating mood from the initial stage and three of their batsmen Roshan Basfor (76), Nasir Ansari (52) and Sanjay Kant (50) cracked half centuries.
