KOKRAJHAR, Dec 15 � As many as 10 doctors of RNB Civil Hospital have resumed their duties, informed Dr AK Brahma, Superintendent of the hospital, here today.
Talking to this correspondent Dr. Brahma said that seven of them reported to duties yesterday and three more joined duties today while those from outside Kokrajhar are likely to be joining within a couple of days.
At the same time, he added that the medical services have been getting to normalcy both for indoor and outdoor patients.
Meanwhile, three persons, suspected to be involved in extortion from doctors in Kokrajhar, were arrested from Gorubhasa area of Chirang district, police sources said.
On the other hand, PK Dutta SP of Kokrajhar, has been replaced by Jitmol Doley from Morigaon who has assumed office today at Kokrajhar.
