AGARTALA, April 23 - Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb today said technology should be used to better lifestyle and to complete tasks within timeframe.
At the same time, he warned against addiction to technology and said computers can help society only if used in the right direction.
Speaking at the inaugural session of a five-day workshop on �Human Computer Interface� at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Agartala, Deb said, �It is my dream to develop Tripura as the best State in the country with the use of modern technology.�
�Like China and Russia who use their own languages for technological purposes, we too need to develop our own technology to use computer in our languages,� he said. � PTI
