GUWAHATI, March 24 - The Tarun Duvarah Memorial Oil India Award - 2016 will be given to renowned actor Bishnu Khargoriya and eminent terracotta artist Dhirendra Nath Paul on March 26 at a function in Rabindra Bhawan.
The award has been earlier presented to Jahnu Barua, Nilpawan Baruah, Biju Phukan, Ramen Baruah, Benu Misra among others. Governor of Assam Banwarilal Purohit will be the chief guest of the occasion, added a statement.
