GUWAHATI, Oct 27 - The Maligaon-headquartered Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) has decided to provide two new stoppages for the 15613/15614 Kamakhya-Murkongselek Intercity Express at Balipara and Simenchapori with effect from November 4 on an experimental basis.
The train will stop for two minutes at these stations, stated an official release.
The 15613 Kamakhya-Murkongselek Intercity Express will arrive at Balipara at 11.04 pm and leave at 11.06 pm, and then arrive at Simenchapori at 5.06 am and leave at 5.08 am.
In the return journey, the 15614 Murkongselek-Kamakhya Intercity Express will arrive at Simenchapori at 8.44 pm and leave at 8.46 pm, and then will arrive at Balipara at 2.47 am and leave at 2.49 am. The ticket sales at these stations will be reviewed in May 2016 to decide on continuing with the stoppages.
