GUWAHATI, April 18 - The Assam Table Tennis Association (ATTA) in collaboration with the Golaghat District Sports Association will hold the 10th All Assam Major Ranking Table Tennis Championship, for the Madhurjya Gogoi Memorial Trophy, at the Golaghat Indoor Stadium from April 21 to 24.
Informing this in a release, the ATTA secretary Tridib Duvarah stated that, a total number of 450 players from all the affiliated districts, including institutions like NF Railway will contest for different titles.
Altogether 10 individual events will be conducted, from cadet to senior, both male and female, during the four-day long championship.
Rajdeep Bhuyan of Dibrugarh and Chandan Goswami of Nagaon have been appointed as chief referee and assistant referee respectively for the upcoming meet.
