GUWAHATI, Oct 16 - The State Sports Day will be celebrated in the State tomorrow under the aegis of the Directorate of Sports and Youth Welfare and Board of Sports of Assam. The Day has been organised on the occasion of the birth anniversary of RG Baruah, who was instrumental in setting up the Nehru Stadium and other sports infrastructure in Assam.
The Day will be centrally celebrated at the RG Baruah Sports Complex, here with a day-long programme.
