State archer in Indian squad

GUWAHATI, July 26 � Assam archer Dipul Boro has been included as a member of the Indian team for the World Police and Fire Games to be held in Belfast, Ireland from July 29.

Informing this, Assam Archery Association president Jayanta Boro said Dipul, an employee of CRPF, will represent the country in the Traditional Long Bow Indian Round event.

Jayanta hospitalised: Ace archer of the country Jayanta Talukdar has been hospitalised in New Delhi after suffering from fever while returning from Colombia where he represented India in the World Cup Archery Championship. However, he is recovering and is likely to be released after a few days.
