GUWAHATI, Aug 14 - The 73rd Independence Day will be celebrated across the length and breadth of the State tomorrow along with the rest of the country.
Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal will hoist the Tricolour in the centrally organised function at 9 am at the College of Veterinary Science playground at Khanapara here.
A series of programmes has been lined up for the occasion.
The celebration will also take place in all the district headquarters where public representatives and senior government officials will hoist the National Flag. Besides, ceremonious flag hoisting would take place in both public and private institutions.
