GUWAHATI, March 15 - Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal today said that thoughts motivated by science and technology have the potential to bolster change.
Speaking during the inauguration of an equipment, �Sciences on a Sphere� at the Regional Science Centre, Khanapara, Sonowal said that the extensive use of science and technology helps students to go forward successfully in pursuit of knowledge.
�We need to take concerted efforts to popularise science and technology among the young minds and help them adopt new concepts of science and technology based on participatory approach,� he said.
Science and Technology Minister Keshab Mahanta, Additional Chief Secretary (Science and Technology) VS Bhaskar and senior officials were present on the occasion.
