SEBA arrangement for Karbi Anglong schools

GUWAHATI, Feb 13 � The Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) has made sitting arrangement for the 229 candidates of the ensuing High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination of six schools of Karbi Anglong District at the Amri High School, Ulukunchi. The arrangement has been made in view of the �distance and in the interest of the students� concerned.

The 2011 HSLC examination, being conducted by the SEBA, is scheduled to commence from February 21.

According to a SEBA notification, the regular (181) and private (48) examinees of the six schools � Ulukunchi Amri HS, Don Bosco HS, Langerdang HS, Umpanai HS, Samson Sing Engti HS and Umlapher HS � will have to sit for the HSLC examination at the Amri High School, Ulukunchi.

The arrangement is made on experimental basis and the candidates of the above schools are to appear in the examination under the name and style of Nellie Centre, said the SEBA in its notification.
