GUWAHATI, July 18 - The Mind Sports Foundation and Assam Jatiya Bidyalay organised Servo Challenge 6th Raktabh Dutta Choudhury Memorial North East School Chess Championship got underway at the Jatiya Bidyalay premises here today.

Altogether 100 players are taking part in the meet which will be conducted by Lakhyajyoti Saikia as chief arbitor and he will be assisted by Swaraj Buragohain, Padma Gogoi and Nandan Buragohain.

In the opening ceremony, Guwahati Press Club secretary Naba Thakuria, sports journalist Pulin Saha and president of the Assam Jatiya Bidyalay Dilip Kumar Dutta Choudhury were present as guests.
