DIBRUGARH, Oct 3 - North East�s India�s third sbiINTOUCH futuristic digital modern bank was opened at Mancotta Road near Thana Chariali here today.
The digital branch of the SBI is the 97th in the country and third in North East India, after Guwahati and Shillong. sbiINTOUCH is a fully automated and self-service branch, where customers can carry out their work with the help of machines by themselves, without any paperwork or any other interventions involved, said the bank�s DGM, TK Dhar. The guests included Dibrugarh MP Rameswar Telli. Right from opening of accounts to performance of transactions like deposits, withdrawal, home loans, educational loans, personal loans and personal loans, all can be done by just touches, said Dhar.
