LONDON, June 16 (PTI): Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza and her Russian partner Elena Vesnina, who finished runners-up in the French Open early this month, have been seeded fourth in the women�s doubles at the Wimbledon, which gets under way on Monday.
Sania, partnering with Elena, had made it to her maiden Grand Slam women�s doubles final at the Ronald Garros on June 2 but failed to win the summit clash.
Indian duo of Leander Paes and Mahesh Bhupathi have been seeded third, while their compatriot Rohan Bopanna and his Pakistani partner Aisam-Ul-Haq Qureshi, who registered their second ATP title at Halle in Germany last week, are seeded fourth in the grass court prestigious tournament.
No Indian was seeded in the men�s or women�s singles.
