NEW DELHI, Oct 15 - The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports has sanctioned Rs 30 crore for upgrade of the Sarbananda Singha Stadium at Tinsukia.
In a statement, Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports, Sarbananda Sonowal said that the first instalment of Rs 8.50 crore has already been released.
