JORHAT, Oct 25 � With a facile 3-0 victory against Youth Organisation Sporting Club, Manipur, the Assam Rifles Soccer Team stormed into the semifinal of the ATPA Shield Football Tournament.
In the one-sided affair at the Jorhat Stadium here today, Assam Rifles drew the first blood in the very fourth minute through M Kamil. K Keipjing enhanced the margin in the 20th minute while Ajit Kumar Singh hammered the final goal in the 61st minute.
