GUWAHATI, Oct 3 - The renovated and upgraded State Referral Laboratory of Public Health Engineering Department (PHE) was inaugurated by PHED Minister Rihon Daimary at Betkuchi in the city today.
Those present on the occasion were MLA of Tamulpur Emmanuel Mosahary, Saumya Kumar Baruah, Chief Engineer PHED (Water), Assam, and Goutam Paul, Director, Water and Sanitation Support Organization (WSSO), an official release said.
�This upgraded laboratory of PHED, Assam is expected to bring in a new era in the field of water quality and testing. The minister has dedicated this laboratory to the PHED and to the people of the State,� the release added.
