GUWAHATI, June 27 � Ravikant Tiwari continued his winning momentum from yesterday and won both his games today outplaying Biswajit Bharadwaj and Chiraranjan Bhuyun in the 5th and 6th rounds respectively in the Rajat Chandra Sarma Smritishastri & Kamini Priya Devi Memorial Guwahati Chess championship at Gauhati Town Club here today. With this Ravikant is in the sole lead with 6 points out of 6 rounds and need just a draw tomorrow to clinch the championship.

He is followed by Chiraranjan Bhuyun, Bipin Singh, Pranab Kumar Nath, Sahajahan Ali with 5 points. The last round game will be played tomorrow at 9 am. The tournament is being organised by Guwahati Chess Association.
