GUWAHATI, June 8 � Guwahati-based land broker Radha Bora was arrested late last night by City Police on charges of land grabbing.
He was arrested in connection with Jalukbari PS case number 427/13 under Section 447/506 of IPC read with Sec 5 of Land Grabbing Act. He reportedly tried to grab a plot of �patta� land belonging to one Bandana Kalita.
Bora, who was to be produced before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup, was later admitted to the MMC Hospital after he complained of health complications.
