GUWAHATI, April 27 - The Public Relations Society of India (PRSI), Guwahati Chapter, will celebrate the National Public Relations Day here tomorrow from 11 am. The theme of this year's National Public Relations Day is 'Indian Democracy: Mantra for Effective Elections'.
Police Commissioner Hiren Chandra Nath will be the chief guest in the function, while Nava J Thakuria, secretary, Guwahati Press Club, has been invited as guest of honour.
