TIHU, Dec 26 - Pub Nalbari Coaching Centre lifted the Tarani Kanta Barman Memorial Trophy defeating Nalbari Volleyball Coaching Centre 25-13, 18-25, 15-9 in the final of�the Tarani Kanta Barman and Nirmal Nunisa Memorial Invitation Volleyball Championship held at the Pub Bakuajari Namghar premises in Nalbari on December 24.�
Associate vice president of�Assam Olympic Association Bishnu Ram Nunisa and journalist Bipul Barman were present as guests in the closing function while prizes were distributed by�social workers Harmohan Barman, Nipul Barman and Krishna Barman. Ilu Roy of Pub Nalbari Coaching Centre was adjudged the best player of the tournaments and�received the Ananta Baishya memorial trophy.
Nalbari team was awarded Nirmal Nunisa memorial trophy.
