GUWAHATI, Dec 17 - Amid allegations that absence of a guard wall caused the tragic road mishap at Balikuchi village on Kamarkuchi-Paikarkuchi road in which six of a family were killed, the PWD Chief Engineer (roads) has asked the Nalbari Superintendent Engineer to submit a report on the incident by tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal has also mourned the tragic death of the six people in the accident.
