NEW DELHI, Nov 19 � President Pranab Mukherjee is visiting Assam and Arunachal Pradesh on November 20 and 21.
On November 20, the President will attend the 12th convocation of Tezpur University. On the same evening, he will also witness a cultural programme and receive a copy of the book Agnikanya Chandraprabha Saikiani at the Tezpur University auditorium.
The next day, the President will present the Standard to 26 Squadron and 115 HU of Indian Air Force at Air Force Station, Tezpur. On the same day, he will deliver the convocation address at the 1st Convocation of National Institute of Technology, Arunachal Pradesh at Yupia.
