GUWAHATI, May 26 - The All Assam Physiotherapy Association (AAPA) in collaboration with Down Town Hospital organised a two-day-long �Hands on physiotherapy workshop� on the hospital premises here on May 24-25.
Dr Jatin Patel, the in-charge principal of the Vidyadeep Institute of Physiotherapy, Surat, was the resource person and conducted sessions on 'instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation' (IASTM) and cupping therapy.
Dr NN Dutta, chairman and managing director of Down Town Hospital, was the chief guest on the occasion.
Physiotherapists from across the northeastern region participated in the workshop.
