GUWAHATI, April 27 - Oil India Limited�s table tennis team won six medals including three gold and three bronze medals at the recently concluded 35th Inter Unit Petroleum Sports Promotion Board (PSPB) Table Tennis Meet at Indore.

Soneswar Deka of Oil India Limited won triple crown in the tournament.

In the veteran singles category, Soneswar Deka won the gold medal defeating LB Thakare of ONGCL 3-0 while in the veteran doubles category Soneswar Deka and Gautam Hazarika clinched the gold medal defeating R Saxena and LB Thakare of ONGCL 3-0. The team also bagged the gold medal in the team event category defeating ONGCL 3-2. Tridib Duvarah, Soneswar Deka ,Gautam Hazarika and Agadh Medhi featured in the gold medal winning team.

The bronze medal winners were Gautam Hazarika in the veteran singles, Subhajit Saha and Birdie Boro in men�s doubles and Mouma Das and Nandita Saha in the women�s doubles, stated a press release.
