TINSUKIA, July 4 - In the first quarterfinal match of the ongoing Prize Money Bodousa Cup Football Tournament, organised by the Bodousa Sports Club, under the supervision of Assam Football Association, held at the Katchujan Field here today Oil India Football Club, Duliajan prevailed over Moran Town Club 5-3.
Oil team was leading by 2-0 in the first half through the goals netted by Gerensha Basumatary in the 28th minute and Minto Boro in the 35th minute.
In the second session, Gerensha scored three more in the 63rd, 71st and 90th minutes.
For Moran team, Maina Saikia scored in the 66th minute while Raktim Gogoi struck twice in the 77th and 80th minute respectively. The second quarterfinal match will be played here tomorrow between AMOFA FC, Manipur and Assam Rifles.
