OIL declares dividend

GUWAHATI, Oct 12 � A dividend cheque amounting to Rs 235.75 crore was presented by SK Srivastava, CMD, OIL to Jaipal Reddy, Minister of Petroleum & Natural Gas, New Delhi today. This was stated by Tridib Duvarah, Manager (PR & Co-ordination) OIL.

The shareholders of Oil had declared final dividend of 50 per cent i.e. Rs 5 per share for the fiscal 2011-12 on the post bonus issue paid up capital of the company (Rs. 601.13 crore).

The company had already paid an interim dividend of Rs 25 per share (@ 250%) and a second interim dividend Rs 10 per share (@ 100%) on the pre-bonus issue capital

(Rs 240.45 crore).
