GUWAHATI, July 2 � Sanjib Kumar Das, officer-in-charge of the Sonapur Police Station, has been placed under suspension on charges of negligence and dereliction in duty.
Das has been reportedly suspended for failing to contain some acts of violence under his jurisdiction.
