SONARI, May 3 � A training programme for AEROs, LRCRs, FLOs and village heads engaged in NRC updating work, was held in the public auditorium here.
Dhiraj Das, Circle Officer, Sonari Revenue Circle and Gurnel Singh, Election Officer, Charaideo, Sonari imparted the training to the officers and employees engaged in NRC updating exercise in Charaideo sub-division. Das informed that 13 NRC Seva Kendras (NSKs) were set up in Sonari revenue circle, eight in Sapekhati revenue circle and nine such kendras were set up in Mahmora revenue circle, where the public can search for linkages.
Purabi Baruah, project superviser, NRC updating for Sonari revenue circle, briefed the participants on the process of updating the NRC. Rajiv Thapa, Circle Officer, Sapekhati revenue circle and Mamoon Borkatoky, SDIPRO Charaideo, also attended the programme.
