GUWAHATI, Aug 21 - With the deadline for submission of NRC forms drawing close, all NRC Seva Kendras (NSK) located in the Kamrup Metro district will continue to work during this weekend.
Senior officials said that the NSKs in the district will remain open on August 22 (Saturday) and August 23 (Sunday) and citizens will be able to submit their NRC forms and other documents at the centres.
This step has been taken for the convenience of the public as only ten days remain for submission of forms. The last date for submission of NRC forms is August 31.
