MALIGAON, Sept 29 - The performance of NF Railway boxers in the 70th Men and 9th Women All India Railway Boxing Championship 2015-16 held at Jaipur (Rajasthan) from September 26 to 29 organised by the NW Railway has been encouraging.
Six women boxers � Bhagyabati Kachari (81 kg) gold; Pwilao Basumatary (57 kg) gold; Jahnabi Gogoi (51 kg) silver; Minu Basumatary (64 kg) silver; Namita Kachari (69 kg) silver and Rumi Gogoi (56 kg) bronze � brought glory to the NF Rly with their skill and stamina, while Shrikanth (56 kg) bronze, was the male boxer from the NF Rly to win a medal.
