Earlier, we had to go to the Bongaigaon court, which is 20 km from Kajalgaon, for legal matters and a lot of time was needed to complete legal formalities, said Ranjan Bhuyan, the Chirang District Superintendent of Police.

Since there was no court at the district headquarters, we had to depend on the Bongaigaon court for legal matters and it consumed a lot of money and time. Now this court will help us a lot, said Gagan Narzary, a resident of Kajalgaon.
