SHILLONG, Dec 13 - For the past four days, Reliance telephone network has been down in Shillong despite several complaints in this regard by the cellphone users. However, there has been complete silence from the company on the unprecedented shutdown.
�The network has been down for several days and nobody in Reliance office is able to say anything, despite several attempts to find out the reason for the network failure,� said one of the subscribers.
