GUWAHATI, Nov 28 - The eighth North East Media Sports Festival is scheduled to be held at the RG Baruah Sports Complex here from December 7 to 14 under the aegis of Assam Sports Journalists Association.
Scribes, both male and female, from north-eastern States like Manipur, Meghalaya, Tripura apart from Assam will contest in the events like cricket, football, table tennis, badminton, chess. Media houses, both print and electronic, intending to take part in the event may contact the organisers at their RG Baruah Sports Complex office here, informed ASJA secretary Bidyut Kalita in a release.
