KARIMGANJ, Nov 26 � All the �Doordarshan Kendras� in the state capitals of North East would be connected with satellite uplinking facility, Doordarshan and All India Radio Additional Director General (Northeast) C Lalrosanga said today, reports PTI.
The programmes beamed by these Kendras would also be available in the direct to home (DTH) service throughout the world, Lalrosanga told PTI.
�We have an ambitious project to complete the digitalisation of transmission as well as in the studios. The number of live programmes would also rise gradually,� he said.
