GUWAHATI, Dec 7 - As part of the anti-plastic drive, the National Cadet Corps (NCC), Group HQ, Guwahati units conducted a massive �plogging� at Paltan Bazar here.
The �plogging� involved picking up of plastics by the NCC cadets from different places at Paltan Bazar.
The NCC cadets during this drive endeavoured to make a lasting impression on the environment by creating awareness
against the use of plastic materials.
The �plogging� drive is part of the Swacchta Pakhwada launched by the NCC throughout the country on the occasion of 150th year of Mahatma Gandhi�s birth anniversary.
