GUWAHATI, March 9 - Navarang Club cruised into the last-four stage of the NEEDS organised Uma Charan Bania Trophy cricket tournament.
In a quarterfinal match of the championship at the Judges� Field here today, Navarang defeated Samannay Club by six wickets. Chasing a meagre target of 99 set by Samannay after batting first, Navarang romped home in 10.3 overs losing four wickets.
Earlier, Royals Club trounced Emami by eight wickets last evening. Emami were all out for 97 and in reply Royals notched up 98 for two in 11.4 overs.
