GUWAHATI, May 22 � Navarang Club entered the final of the Gauhati Town Club organised Maharshi Bora Memorial in Cricket Academy/ Coaching Centre Cricket Tournament.
In the first semifinal played at the Judges� Field here today, Navarang Club earned a convincing 51-run victory against City Cricket Coaching Centre.
Batting first, Navarang, riding on a 84-ball 52 by Sonu Kumar, piled up 189 for the loss of five wickets in the allotted 35 overs.
Later, City Cricket Coaching Centre was rattled for 138 in 29.4 overs. Anup Bhujel was their top scorer with 25.
