GUWAHATI, April 23 � Navajyoti Club posted a 107-run victory against Gauhati Town Club (GTC) in the Bhupen Chandar Tamuly Memoria GSA A Division Cricket League today at the Nehru Stadium here. In the one-sided encounter, Navajyoti, put into bat, piled up a commendable 198 for the loss of eight wickets in the allotted 35 overs. All-rounder Chanakya Sarma top scored with 72. The GTC batsmen were in poor shape and were all out for 91 in 25.2 overs. Chanakya again came good with the ball and removed four scalps.
