GUWAHATI, July 30 � The All Assam Seishinkai Shito-Ryu Karate-Do Association in association with its parent body the All India Seishinkai Shito-Ryu Karate-Do Association is organising the All India Inter-School and Senior Karate Federation Cup 2014 on August 23-24 at the Deshbhakta Tarun Ram Phookan Indoor Stadium in the city, a press release issued by the chief coach and the general secretary of the association, Jayanta Barman stated.
More than 1000 karatekas from around 15 States of the country are expected to take part in the competition. It may be mentioned that winners from this competition will be eligible for selection to the Indian team for the �World Cup of Martial Arts�, to be held in Australia, the all-India coach Shihan Premjit Sen has informed.
