NALBARI, March 1 - Local outfit Nabarun Club trounced TACC of Guwahati by 101 runs in the opening match of the Nalbari Sports Association (NSA) organised Satish Tamuly Memorial T20 Cricket Tournament here today.
In reply to Nabarun�s 196, the Guwahati team was all out for 95.
The tournament was formally inaugurated by local MLA Ashok Sarma. Nalbari SP Hemanta Bhatacharyya and sports organiser Ganesh Tamuly were present in the inaugural function as guests. NSA president Pradyut Bhuyan hoisted the flag.
