GUWAHATI, Sept 15 - Principal Director, School Education, Nagaland Smita Sarangi in a notification informed that the government has proposed to name the Government School, Changki, Mokok-chung after legendary footballer Dr T Ao to commemorate his 100th birth anniversary.
It will be a fitting tribute to Dr Ao who was the captain of the Indian football team which participated in the 1948 London Olympics. It was for the first time that India took part in Olympic football, stated a release.
