GUWAHATI, Nov 14 � A new express train (15669/15670) christened as Nagaland Express will be flagged off at Dimapur on November 15 at 1 pm by Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio.
This train will run between Dimapur and Kamakhya. It will leave Dimapur at 6.30 am reaching Kamakhya at 12.00 noon covering a distance of 256 km in five and half hours. In the return direction it will leave Kamakhya at 11.10 pm reaching Dimapur next morning at 05.20, an NF Rly press release said.
Hazarika�s death condoled
Shillong, Nov 14 � The women�s wings of Laban Namghar and Assam Club in a meeting held here on Thursday last have condoled the death of legendary musician Dr Bhupen Hazarika and prayed for the eternal peace of his noble soul.
The meeting recalled the manifold qualities of Dr Hazarika and the way he enriched the music and the culture of the region, a Press release said.
