Mumbai film fest begins in Arunachal today

ITANAGAR, June 17 � A three-day Mumbai International Film Festival, Arunachal Pradesh edition, is scheduled to get under way at Naharlagun on Wednesday. Christened as �MIFF in Arunachal Pradesh�, the three-day festival will see screening of 34 films, including short films, documentaries and animation films. The festival will also feature three documentary films on Arunachal Pradesh. The festival aims to showcase latest cinematic techniques so as to motivate the young generation and contemporary filmmakers of Arunachal Pradesh to make films which can make entry into any international film festival.
