GUWAHATI, March 7 - The 29th Mr Saraighat RG Baruah Memorial All India Classic Body Building Championship will be held on April 3 at the ITA Centre here.
The championship has been organising by the Saraighat Gym in association with the Assam Body Builders and Fitness Association affiliated to the Indian Body Builders Federation
Top international and national level body builders have been invited for the event.
The top 10 place holders will be given cash awards along with gifts. The champion will be richer by Rs 1,25,000 while the second and third position holders will walk away with a cash award of Rs 1,00,000 and Rs 80,000 respectively.
The second Asomiya Pratidin Mr Saraighat Assam competition will be organised among the Assam players along with the Mr Saraighat contest.
The top three position holders in this championship will pocket Rs 25,000, Rs 20,000 and Rs 15,000 respectively.
Chetan Pathare, general secretary of the Indian Body Builders Federation will conduct the event, stated a release.
