TEZPUR, April 16 - At a time when the Supreme Court has directed roadside wine shops and bar owners to shift their establishments beyond 500 metres from national and State highways, the reported move by an unscrupulous businessman to open a wine shop at Mission Chariali has created a sharp reaction among the people here.
It needs mention here that the businessman of the locality Ranjan Bora is doing everything to set up a new wine shop Angel Wine Shop.
