KOKRAJHAR, March 3 � Senior BPF leader, who is also holding the post of Youth BPF president and siting Executive Member of BTC, Mono Kumar Brahma (Jaila) resigned from the BPF party today alleging �decision-making� crisis within the BPF party before the council elections.
Talking to mediapersons here at his residence, Brahma said that he has no grievance against anyone but he claimed that he took the decision himself to quit BPF party before the forthcoming BTC elections. He said he took the decision along with leaders of 13 primary committees under Banargaon constituency on the same ground.
At the same time, he exhibited an interest in joining the BJP to contest in the BTC elections. He also stressed on the development agenda of Modi-led NDA government at the Centre.
It may be mentioned here that recently a good number of senior BPF leaders have left the party showing dissatisfaction over the BPF leadership before BTC elections.
