ITANAGAR, March 26 BJPs Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi is arriving in the State capital Itanagar on March 31 on his maiden visit.

Modi will address a public meeting at Itanagar on Monday next. He was interested to visit Itanagar six months agoIts going to materialize at this election time, BJPs State unit president Tai Tagak told newsmen here today.

The BJP Prime Ministerial candidate has a specific vision for the North East, especially Arunachal Pradesh, which is increasingly facing challenges in areas like internal security, law and order problems, domestic boundary problem etc. If NDA comes to power it will adopt a pragmatic action plan for the rapid development of North East, he said.

Modi has a vision for Arunachal Pradesh which will be announced during public meeting, tagged as Asha Ki Nayi Kiron rally, and it will be beneficial for all, Tagak said, adding that his leadership will naturally give us a big boost.

Modi has previously visited eastern Arunachal Pradesh and addressed a public meeting at Pasighat in East Siang district on February 22 last.

The State unit BJP is fully geared up for making NaMos Itanagar rally a grand success.
