GUWAHATI, June 26 - Rajabinda Bindra, a 20-year-old model from Assam, was crowned with the title of Miss National Universe India and the subtitle of Miss Intellectual in the recently held Rubaru Miss India Elite 2018 at Gurgaon.
She will now represent India in another pageant in Thailand scheduled for this year. Bindra was groomed by noted fashion designer Prasantt Ghosh, a press release stated.
